I've seen that Tom is in the list of actors for A4 too but what if it's connected with those leaked photos we got a few months ago? Where we saw Thor with his long hair and Loki exactly how he was in the end of Avengers? I really hope that he does come back but in my head it seems that he'll be only on that throwback and it's killing me

I think there's still a lot of hope. There's several ways Loki can come back alive. Tom kept the secret of Loki dying in IW for two years, why can't he keep the secret of Loki coming back permanently in Avengers 4? Tom is also being very discreet about it and isn't giving much of anything away. "The sun will shine on us again, brother." Idk? I still have hope, it may be stupid to have but there's a good chance Loki will be back.

I honestly don’t think that Loki is dead and that Tom ‘confirmed it’ by saying about how his whole journey is done. Bc in that other interview tom said “Loki is the god of mischief and everything is fine” which sounds like he’s saying he isn’t dead. That was also a terrible death scene and it makes literally no sense why Loki would just set himself up to be killed like that. Don’t worry, I don’t believe he’s dead. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I know that he’s there but what if it’s just his past self we’re going to meet? I want him back...

I've watched enough science fiction to know that the way everyone disintegrated was molecular dissintigration and transportation, not just death The way everyone broke up into pieces and floated away? So did Mike from the original Charlie and the Chocolate factory, before he was floated to the TV. My prediction is that everyone's in a alt universe/pocket dimension/one of the Infinity Stones? safe and sound, and the plot of the next movie will be to try and get them all back

Let me give you some hope....even if it is false hope. Because we really won’t know for sure until the future. Tom specifically says that “He calls himself and Odinson and that closes the whole journey of Loki, and WHAT he can do.” He never specifically said the words “yes, he is dead” as actors, they have to be very careful of their word choice, especially in a franchise as huge as marvel comics. Spoilers are a threat, and with how popular Infinity War is, that threat is greater than ever.

As sad and maddening as it is, now that Tom has confirmed Loki’s dead I think we all just need to accept the fact that Avengers 4 will be the last time we see him (time travel). It’ll honestly just be worse in the end if we keep grasping at straws for theories in desperation. Loki means so much to me on a personal level but it’s over. No resurrections this time.

I think I found you in the HP Austria convention photo! Are you top right, a bit under the flag in the background?? Also, I heard that apparently Tom knew Loki's fate in Avengers 4 about two years ago when the Russo brothers told him about it, hence how he prepared for Thor: Ragnarok and he confirmed Loki is dead...I think I might just crawl off and cry.
